We are really passionate about our wine here at the Herc and we offer a wine list with 24 different wines by the glass. We believe that even if your just having a glass of something you should be able to have something exciting and not just settle for the run of the mill. Ollie the owner is also a Sommelier and loves to encourage people to experiment with different wines. He also strives to find wines that offer value for money and will stock hidden gems rather than famous brands. If your unsure and want advice always ask Ollie or the team for some advice because we will always have something you will enjoy.
