We are really passionate about Food & Beverage at the Herc so if you looking for something a little more special please ask about our seasonal tasting menu. Each course is paired with a wine flight chosen by our owner and sommelier Ollie.

Lamb Rump, Sun Dried Tomato Ragu, Crushed New Potatoes & Roasted CherryTomatoes.

Chocolate Cremeux, Sable Biscuit, Raspberry Jelly & Chocolate Shards.
