We are really passionate about Food & Beverage at the Herc so if you looking for something a little more special please ask about our seasonal tasting menu. Each course is paired with a wine flight chosen by our owner and sommelier Ollie.

Whipped Goats Cheese Mousse, Beetroot Textures & Coriander Crouton.

Seared Scallops, Pea Puree, Pancetta Crumb & Lemon Emulsion.

Smoked Duck Breast, Plum Puree, Spring Onion Hash. 

Lamb Rump, Dauphinois Potatoes, Hispi Cabbage, Lambs Bacon, Rosemary & Mint Jus. 

Lemon Curd Cheesecake, Torched Raspberry Meringue & Thyme Tuille.
